On Tuesday, we learned from the US State Department that there are US biolabs in Ukraine. Then on Wednesday, the Biden regime backed down and said that there are no biolabs funded by the United States in Ukraine.
Why are there such confusing messages from the Biden administration? Especially when there are documents proving that the United States funded several biological laboratories that they created in Ukraine to study potentially dangerous pathogens.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that Hunter Biden's firm Rosemont Seneca financed the firms involved in the construction of these laboratories in Ukraine, and they felt that this was not something they would like Americans to know about.
InfoWars has prepared an excellent article about the links between Hunter Biden and the company "Metabiota", which was engaged in the creation of biolabs in Ukraine.
Experts have determined that Rosemont Seneca provided capital (invested in) Metabiota, as indicated on the firm's website back in 2014. It is listed as "Our Team's Investment" on the Rosemont Senaca webpage.
A number of documents from the Wayback Machine were also found (that is, they were deleted from the Internet), which show that the Ministry of Defense is investing in the creation of biolabs in Ukraine with the help of Black & Veatch.
Simply put, today we have confirmation that there were biolabs in Ukraine and Hunter Biden's firm Rosemont Seneca invested in the firms that built these laboratories.

Both countries are considered the most loyal partners of the United States in the region, and a number of Pentagon programs are being implemented on their territory. One of them is the $2.5 billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) biological interaction program, which includes research on biological agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria studied in the local population.
The soldiers' blood samples were stored and further tested at the Lugar Center, a $180 million facility funded by the Pentagon, in the Georgian capital Tbilisi.
The Lugar Center has become infamous in recent years due to controversial activities, laboratory incidents and scandals surrounding the program of the American pharmaceutical giant GILEAD to combat hepatitis C in Georgia, which led to at least 248 patient deaths. The cause of death in most cases was listed as unknown, internal documents show.
The Georgian GG-21 project was funded by DTRA and carried out by American military scientists from a special unit of the US Army, codenamed USAMRU-G, working at the Lugar Center. They received diplomatic immunity in Georgia to investigate bacteria, viruses and toxins without being diplomats. This unit is subordinate to the Walter Reed Army Research Institute (WRAIR).
Documents obtained from the US Register of Federal Contracts show that USAMRU-G is expanding its activities to other US allies in the region and "creating expeditionary capabilities" in Georgia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Latvia and other places. The next USAMRU-G project, which includes biological tests on soldiers, is due to begin in March this year at the Bulgarian military hospital in Sofia.
According to information obtained from the register of US federal contracts, DTRA has allocated $80 million for biological research in Ukraine as of July 30, 2020. The program is handled by the American company Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp.
Another DTRA contractor operating in Ukraine is CH2M Hill. The American company has received a contract for $22.8 million (2020-2023) for the reconstruction and equipping of two biological laboratories: the State Research Institute of Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise (Kiev ILD) and the Regional Diagnostic Laboratory of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Odessa RDL)."

U.S. Dismisses Russian Claims Of Biowarfare Labs In Ukraine
March 10, 2022
WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The United States on Wednesday denied renewed Russian accusations that Washington was operating biowarfare labs in Ukraine, calling the claims “laughable” and suggesting Moscow may be laying the groundwork to use a chemical or biological weapon.
Late on Tuesday, Russia repeated its accusation of several years that the United States is working with Ukrainian laboratories to develop biological weapons. Such assertions in Russian media increased in the run-up to Moscow’s military move into Ukraine and were made as recently as Wednesday by foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova.
“The Russian accusations are absurd, they are laughable and you know, in the words of my Irish Catholic grandfather, a bunch of malarkey. There’s nothing to it. It’s classic Russian propaganda,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said on Wednesday.
In a statement, also released on Wednesday, State Department spokesman Ned Price said Russia “is inventing false pretexts in an attempt to justify its own horrific actions in Ukraine.”
White House press secretary Jen Psaki, citing what she called Russia’s “false claims,” wrote on Twitter: “It’s Russia that has a long and well-documented track record of using chemical weapons, including in attempted assassinations and poisoning of Putin’s political enemies like Alexey Navalny.”
There was no immediate response from the Russian embassy in Washington to the U.S. assertions on Wednesday. Russia has denied carrying out an attack on Navalny.
On Wednesday, Zakharova said Russia had documents showing the Ukrainian health ministry had ordered the destruction of samples of plague, cholera, anthrax and other pathogens before Feb. 24, when Russian forces moved into Ukraine.
Zakharova said the documents unearthed by Russian forces in Ukraine showed “an emergency attempt to erase evidence of military biological programmes” financed by the Pentagon. She provided no further details on the documents.
Reuters was unable to independently confirm her information.
A Ukrainian presidential spokesperson said: “Ukraine strictly denies any such allegation.”
Like many other countries, Ukraine has public health laboratories researching how to mitigate the threats of dangerous diseases affecting both animals and humans. Its laboratories have received support from the United States, European Union and World Health Organization.
The Pentagon’s Biological Threat Reduction Program has been working with the Ukrainian government to ensure the security of pathogens and toxins stored in the laboratories. In the midst of similar biowarfare accusations in 2020, the U.S. embassy in Kyiv issued a statement saying its involvement was to ensure “dangerous pathogens do not fall into the wrong hands.”
A former U.S. official, who is familiar with the cooperation between Kyiv and Washington, said the United States had helped to convert several Ukrainian laboratories that had been involved in the former Soviet Union’s biological weapons program into public health facilities.

Ukraine Maternity Hospital Shelling: A False Flag?
The Bombing Allegations.
On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, a story broke about a Russian air strike that allegedly targeted a Ukrainian maternity hospital. According to the New York Times, “an apparent Russian strike on Wednesday damaged and destroyed buildings at a hospital complex in the southern Ukrainian city of Mariupol, including a maternity ward.”
The New York Times acknowledged that the casualties were unknown and that it was “not clear whether the hospital was fully operating at the time of the strike or had been evacuated to some degree.” It was later reported that the shelling of the maternity hospital killed three civilians, including one child. Photographs are alleged to substantiate that the maternity hospital was in-use by civilians at the time of the bombing (though perhaps not at capacity).
Interestingly, one of the purported victims seen in the photographs is an Instagram “influencer” who lives in that city.

In any event, Ukrainian officials called the bombing a war crime and pleaded with the West that the strike necessitated intervention. Ukrainian officials called it a war crime and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky used the attack to urge tougher sanctions on Russia. The Mariupol mayor demanded the U.S. institute a no-fly-zone and “close the sky over Ukraine.”
Before March 9, Mariupol had been experiencing intense shelling from Russian forces. Both civilian and government/military buildings had been hit. A ceasefire agreement had been reached to allow civilians to safely evacuate, although Ukraine’s foreign minister alleged Russia violated the ceasefire and was “shelling the humanitarian corridor.”
Russia’s Response.
According to a Reuters report published March 10, 2022, Kremlin spokesman responded on Wednesday that their “forces do not fire on civilian targets.” He clarified on Thursday that they “don’t have clear information about what happened there” and that the Russia “military are very likely to provide some information.”
That same Reuters article notes that Russian officials stated that “Russian aviation carried out absolutely no strikes on ground targets in the area.” Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov alleged that “the hospital building had for days been under the control of ultra-radical Ukrainian forces who had emptied out the doctors and patients.” (Those “ultra-radical” forces would be the Azov Battalion, which according to NBC News was “founded by an avowed white supremacist who claimed Ukraine’s national purpose was to rid the country of Jews and other inferior races.”)
Lavrov even said Russia informed the UN Security Council that the hospital had been used by the Azov Battalion on March 7 or March 6, which would be a few days before the attack. Lavrov maintained “All the women in labor, all the nurses, in general, all the staff was driven out of there.”
