A true election audit consists of three parts:
1. The forensic audit - The inspecting and a hard hand count of the ballots, this also includes the inspecting routers and other related equipment that was using during the election.
A forensic election audit is any review conducted after polls close for the purpose of determining whether the votes were counted accurately (a results audit) or whether proper procedures were followed (a process audit), or both.
Both results and process audits can be performed between elections for purposes of quality management, but if results audits are to be used to protect the official election results from undetected fraud and error, they must be completed before election results are declared final.
In jurisdictions that tabulate election results exclusively with manual counts from paper ballots, or 'hand counts', officials do not need to rely on a single person to view and count the votes. Instead, valid hand-counting methods incorporate redundancy, so that more than one person views and interprets each vote and more than one person confirms the accuracy of each tabulation. In this way, the manual count incorporates a confirmation step, and a separate audit may not be considered necessary.
However, when votes are read and tabulated electronically, confirmation of the results' accuracy must become a separate process.
Within and outside elections, use of computers for decision support comes with certain IT risks. Election-Day electronic miscounts can be caused by unintentional human error, such as incorrectly setting up the computers to read the unique ballot in each election and undetected malfunction, such as overheating or loss of calibration. Malicious intervention can be accomplished by corrupt insiders at the manufacturer, distributor or election authority, or external hackers who access the software on or before Election Day.
2. The Canvass - Where a group of canvassers actually go to the homes of the registered voters in a precinct to verify they actually voted and to ask them some basic questions.
These are the questions that are being asked during the canvassing process.
NOTE: We never ask any person who they voted for.
1. What method did you use to vote?
2. How many ballots did you receive in the mail for yourself?
3. How many ballots did you receive for persons who do not live here?
4. What did you do with any extra ballots you received?
5. How many registered voters are there supposed to be at the address?
6. What is the total number of registered voters who voted in the November 2020 election at this address?
7. If you voted in person, were you told that you could not vote because you had already voted?
3. The voting machines - The inspection of the voting machines which we have proof from many reliable sources that the dominion voting machines were in fact hooked up to the internet on election day. Dr Frank has also uncovered that every dominion voting machine h e has been able to look at has used the same exact algorithm to switch votes from President Trump to Joe Biden.
Now, which one of these three parts do you think the deep state and the cabal are deathly afraid of?
They are most afraid of the canvass because they can destroy ballots, they can delete databases off a dominion machine, but they can not do anything to a registered voted when a canvasser shows up to their door to ask them if they voted etc.
Keep in mind that there is also the PCAP data and transmissions that were captured by Space Force before, on and after the election day.
