Not sure if anyone else is piecing some of this together. He was charged with a crime at a much higher level than conditions could permit. To convict as charged you need malice or intent. Not incompetence. Basically jury would not be able to convict so we will have our scenario for riots.

Just thinking out loud.

Pedo-Joe looses it as incompetent, unable to cope with riots, 25th, guess the rest will play out.
