School board members do not determine if our children have to wear a mask at school

Not only do we vote who is put on the school board, but we also pay taxes that pay the wages of the Superintendent, school board members, and teachers etc.

We vote who is put on the school board with the understanding and assurance that they are going to make the right decisions regarding the education of our children. We do not vote to put members on the school board for them to determine if our children need to wear a mask or not. That is the responsibility of the parents to choose if their child is going to wear a mask at school and not the school board.

And furthermore, when you have a particular school board member on the board of a particular school system in Bay County who took it upon herself to personally reach out via text message and email to three other board members to discuss how they were going to vote yes along with her on the mask mandate for the school so that she could make sure they had the majority vote, this is the result of manipulation and control. This is not only a clear violation of the Open Meeting Act, but it is also violating the respect, the trust and the freedom of choice for every parent who does not want their child to wear a mask at school, not to mention a violation of the child's personal freedom to breath freely without restriction. Just as we have the freedom of speech, we also have the freedom to choose if our children have to wear a mask at school or not.

These rights and freedoms that I have mentioned are given to us from God and there is no person that should ever be able to take these rights and freedoms away from us, let alone a person who clearly violated the Open Meeting Act in order to violate and disregard the God given rights and freedoms of these parents and their children.

Based on her actions and her conduct, she obviously does not care about abiding by the law or following the rules. And furthermore, she does not care about the God given rights and freedoms of the parents or students, and she certainly does not have the best interest of the students as her main priority. Her agenda and getting her own way seem to be her priority and based on her actions, she will do whatever she needs to do to get her way because it appears that she thinks she is not only above the law, but she also seems to think she is untouchable.

As you can see there are a number of violations this person has committed not only against the rights and freedoms of the parents but also against the rights and freedoms of the children and these reasons show cause for this board member to be removed.
