NIH-Moderna Confidential Agreements

In 2015, the NIH and Moderna started working on a vaccine that they claimed was for MERS. Over the next 4 years, they got a whole bunch of patents for that vaccine.

On December 12, 2019, the NIH and Modern sent a completed "coronavirus vaccine" (they stopped calling it a MERS vaccine at that point) to Ralph Baric so that he could analyze it. COVID wasn't declared by the WHO to exist until December 31, 2019.

If this doesn't prove that COVID was a plandemic, I don't know what does.
